Billing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Start free with one server; no credit card is needed. Upgrade when you need more servers, team seats or features.
What happens if a payment fails or I do not renew?
Your plan stays active while the payment is retried. If the subscription ends, your plan stays during a grace period, then your organization moves to the free plan: nothing is deleted and your servers and sites keep running, but you cannot add servers or sites beyond the free plan until you choose a plan again.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Our payment partner issues an invoice for every payment and handles VAT; you find them in the billing portal.
