Your plan stays active while the payment is retried. If the subscription ends, your plan stays during a grace period, then your organization moves to the free plan: nothing is deleted and your servers and sites keep running, but you cannot add servers or sites beyond the free plan until you choose a plan again.

Yes. Our payment partner issues an invoice for every payment and handles VAT; you find them in the billing portal.

Zefily manages servers you own: it installs and secures the web stack, runs your sites (WordPress, PHP, Node.js, Python, containers), deploys from GitHub, takes backups, monitors uptime and keeps everything updated — from one panel for your whole team.

Any server running Ubuntu 26.04 or 24.04, or Debian 13 or 12, on amd64 or arm64 — at any provider or on your own hardware. Zefily can also create servers at Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Vultr, Linode and AWS for you.

Nothing. Your sites run on your servers and keep serving traffic; certificates renew on the server itself. Only changes from the panel wait until it is back.

Yes. Eject a server and the agent removes itself; nginx or OpenLiteSpeed, PHP, databases, certificates and your sites keep working as a standard setup. There is no lock-in.

Zefily staff cannot open a shell on your servers. Every change reaches a server only as a job signed by both the panel and a separate signing service, and risky jobs need your own passkey.

Root access, reboots and deleting data can do real damage, so they wait for a passkey on your device. Even someone with your panel session cannot run them without it.

No. The agent connects out to Zefily over an encrypted connection. Only SSH and your sites' ports (80 and 443) need to be reachable.
